Clarified Apple Juice Concentrate is made from mature Pakistani apples. Apples contain fiber, vitamins C and A, antioxidants and minerals which are all beneficial to the body. Among the numerous health benefits, apples have anti-aging, calming and fever-reducing properties. This clarified concentrate is clarified and tests negative for starch and pectin, has a minimum brix of 70, and a pH ranging from 3.4 to 4.5. It has found application in juices, soft drinks, fruit drinks, smoothies, yogurt and yogurt desserts, baked goods, and baby foods.
